Vanguard Group provides digital products. This page explains how access is delivered after purchase, the requirements to use our applications and what to do if you have access issues.
Our products are 100% digital. There is no physical shipment. After a successful purchase, access to the corresponding plan and PWA application is granted to your account.
Access is typically provisioned immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases where additional verification is required, provisioning may take a little longer, and we will keep you informed.
As a Progressive Web App, our application runs in modern browsers on most devices (smartphone, tablet or desktop) and requires an internet connection for setup. Once loaded, certain features may be available offline.
If you do not receive your access confirmation or cannot sign in, please check your spam folder first, then contact support@vanguardgroup.store or call +55 (17) 99204-4283. We will help restore access as quickly as possible.
Access duration depends on the plan or subscription purchased and is described at checkout. For subscriptions, access continues while the subscription remains active.
