Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered in a secure environment and are never stored on Vanguard's servers.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Elo, subject to availability in your country.
All data transmitted between your device and our services is protected with industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive payment data is tokenized by our payment provider.
Charges may appear on your statement under the name Vanguard Group or the name of its payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it so we can assist you quickly.
We and our payment provider use fraud-detection tools to protect customers, including measures against unauthorized "card testing". Transactions flagged as high risk may require additional verification or be declined.
Prices are displayed at checkout in Brazilian Real (R$) or Euro (€), shown before you confirm your purchase. Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added, and your bank may apply currency-conversion fees for international transactions.
Stripe does not issue refunds on behalf of businesses. To request a refund, please contact Vanguard Group directly; Stripe only processes the payment. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
