Our services are delivered digitally as access to PWA applications and personalized plans. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are subject to the conditions described below and to the consumer-protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Where a longer statutory withdrawal period applies in your jurisdiction, we honor it.
Email support@vanguardgroup.store with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team reviews each request individually and may ask for additional information.
You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops upcoming renewals; access typically remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Our products are digital, so there is no physical item to return. "Return" means revoking access to the corresponding plan or application once a refund is approved.
Stripe does not issue refunds on behalf of businesses. To request a refund, please contact Vanguard Group directly at support@vanguardgroup.store; Stripe only processes the payment.
